The Earthen Ring Wiki is looking for a new home with the RP Network! This will involve a migration of all ER Wiki content to the new Network, and may integrate with other features.

An in-character board for your characters to post notices and ads. Instead of recruitment and event notices, it will serve as a place for your character to find a good home for that new mace he just found, for your spry young Gnome to make it known that he is looking for love, or to find a mercenary for that dangerous mission.

Recurring events is often mentioned (though this might end up looking like a "Copy Event" function). What would you like to see the Events feature be able to do?

Often in the course of roleplay, a player or guild may lay 'claim' to an area or building. While we do not want to endorse the idea of claiming, it would be helpful to have a public record of who regularly uses an area and when - not to the exclusion of others, but to coordinate with anyone else who may want to use the same area.

An easy way to select and distinguish whether any given piece of submitted content is either In-Character or Out-of-Character, including ways to do both (for example, an Event announcement that has both an IC intro and OOC logistical details)

If someone writes a story or journal and tags me, it would be awesome to get a notification. Like the photo tagging system.

More/better volunteer moderators to keep the peace. More character-building discussion threads, themed chats, and events.

In addition to bringing over the gifts and achievements system to the new network, and making most of them 'free' (unlike Ning, forcing members to purchase points), many gifts will be changed, added, etc. If you have ideas for additions or modifications of specific gifts/achievements, comment here!

Some way to list alts would be glorious.

The event display on the front page is very bland. I only find myself looking at it to check what time an event I already know about starts and not to see what events are happening that I may want to join in.

Considering linking events in status is frowned upon, I would like to see something better for events on the front page.

Allow the search mechanism to choose WHAT to search for when typing something in, be it people, journals, etc. Because I search for people and get pages upon pages of journals MENTIONING the person before I fine the actual person.

I miss the tool bar at the top of the page where you could see a condensed version of all recent posts. It's easier to miss something important because of all the activity.
